Lil' Dragons
At Elite Taekwondo we believe that Taekwondo will provide numerous benefits to any age group. That’s why Lil' Dragons’ was created. Specially designed for our 3 to 5 year olds, Lil' Dragons Classes develop your child’s focus, discipline, ability to follow directions, and of course coordination and physical skills.
Our Lil' Dragon’s classes will provide your child with:
• A sense of focus and determination
• A structured learning environment
• A fun and safe form of exercise
• Instructors that are friendly, encouraging, and act as positive role models
L’il Dragons classes will keep your child excited with non-stop action! Your child will run, jump, kick, and punch their way to greater fitness and confidence. They’ll love every second of it.
After completing our L’il Dragons program, your son or daughter will be fully prepared to join our regular Children Programs. We are committed to putting your L’il Dragon on the road to Black Belt Excellence.

Children Taekwondo Programs (Ages 6 - 12 years)
As a student of Taekwondo, your child will experience more than just self-defense. They will experience self-improvement. Virtually every area of their life can be affected in a positive way through Taekwondo training.

Many of today’s kids spend hours in front of TV’s, video games, and computer screens. As a result, few children get the activity they need to stay healthy. Taekwondo helps kids get fit by improving their coordination, flexibility, strength and endurance.

Junior / Adult Taekwondo Programs
The only way that any exercise program works is if you are able to stick with it. The reason most people drop their exercise routine, whether it's going to the gym or working out at home, is that they get bored. The monotony and repetition in traditional forms of exercise turns many people off after just a few months.
Our “Kickstarting your workout” is perfect for anyone who’s:

Taekwondo classes are full of variety with the average student training for years, not months. Every class is a complete workout designed to improve your flexibility, balance, endurance and strength.
