Jr. Nationals - 2003 - Winnipeg (8 photos)
"Elite Back from Junior Nationals" 16 hour bus ride, two day tournament, best in Canada = 1 second place finish, and lots of great experience.
Elite Taekwondo took its Jr Provincial Champions down to Winnipeg for Jr Nationals on June 28 and 29th; all of our members have been training hard throughout the year to get ready for this competition. Over all I am very proud of our competitors, they all put forth a good effort, and with most of them having very little experience fighting at that level, I think they did very well.
Thumbs up goes out to Mitch Schultz who played the game very well, and listened to his coach (the most important thing). Mitch came away with a second place finish in his division.
With all this talent in our school, I would like to issue a warning to all others schools, "Elite is Coming".
