Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that focuses on ground grappling. BJJ answers the questions of how to deal with someone who is punching and/or kicking you, what to do to take someone down, how to react if someone takes you down, and what to do once you are on the ground.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is an effective self defense program for women. The only way to be able to defend yourself is to regularly and consistently train the movements and techniques you will use.
Our Jr Grapplers (8 – 15yr) Class teaches you grappling and ground-fighting techniques. Sensei Rodrigo teaches our Jr’s a mixture of judo and jiu-jitsu, it can teach kids to be stronger, more confident and less prone to bullies.
FAST Defense is the latest evolution of personal protection/conflict resolution called adrenal stress response training. We train you how to control the adrenal stress response that anyone gets in a confrontation, whether it is a small verbal engagement or a physical attack, and even to use this powerful emotional bio-chemical response as an incredible source of power!
The Elite Sparring Team is made up of students who take their sparring to a higher level. Extra training for cardio and techniques are always on agenda with Team Leader, Master Steve Bartley. Hard training pays off with top results and great tournament experiences … with some fun too.
The Elite Taekwondo birthday party is a special gift to your child and his or her friends. This fun party introduces the children to the tradition and discipline of Taekwondo. This is a visit to a real Taekwondo school, with a real Taekwondo instructor. The party will excite and delight children and parents.
